Cast Iron Pouring Machine

Controlled pouring. Precise positioning. Built for demanding rodding shop operations.

BROCHOT by EPIQ Cast Iron Pouring Machines are engineered to provide controlled and repeatable cast iron pouring for anode rodding operations. Designed around the anode configuration, number of pins and required production capacity, the system can be adapted to both greenfield installations and existing rodding shops.

From semi-automatic systems to fully automated casting stations, BROCHOT solutions combine motorized pouring and rotation mechanisms with position feedback and automatic ladle positioning for accurate, consistent operation. Different configurations are available, including swivelling ladles, monorail systems and multiple-ladle arrangements to support higher production rates. BROCHOT has developed fully automatic configurations using optical temperature measurement and cast-iron level control, with capacities documented at up to 60 double anodes per hour.
